The 3-story, 80,793 square foot building will consist of 150 beds and includes the state-of-the-art amenities its residents and their families expect in housing and elder care.
The project includes a total of 156 rooms and was designed to include an adult medical daycare program. In addition, there will be an activities room, community center with a second-floor deck with views overlooking an adjacent lake, and a full kitchen and dining room. There will be a nurses’ station, as well as an administration office.
